Jessica, a Pittsburgh native, brings a wealth of leadership and strategic experience to her role as Chief of Staff at Cozza Law Group. After graduating from Robert Morris University with a double major in Finance and Sports Management, she joined the United States Air Force, where she honed her skills in discipline, organization, and operational excellence.   While traveling the world and raising a family, she earned an MBA from Webster University, further enhancing her ability to manage complex systems and lead teams effectively.

Over the past decade, Jessica has excelled in administrative and management roles, building a reputation for her strategic mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and ability to drive operational efficiency. As Chief of Staff, Jessica is instrumental in aligning the firm's priorities, improving workflows, and fostering collaboration across teams. Her diverse background and ability to anticipate needs make her a critical partner in supporting the firm's leadership and advancing its mission.



Outside of work, Jessica enjoys reading, traveling, spending time with her family, and staying active through regular workouts.
