Our subscription plans are designed for entrepreneurs and business owners scaling from start-up to 6- to 8-figures in annual revenue that are ready to add strategic, guided legal support focused on brand and business development. Each subscription offers unlimited legal advice, business coaching and strategy, document review, and other benefits for a monthly, predictable investment to support the growth of your brand and business. We can also customize a plan to fit your specific needs.

  • How do I know if a Legal Subscription plan is right for my business?

    Cozza Law Group PLLC subscriptions are designed for organizations of all sizes that are scaling thier businesses. Clients range fromstart-ups and growing businesses to established publicly traded companies and large non-profits.


    The subscriptions focus on providing a selection of legal services focused on addressing three core needs of your business: (1) legal counseling & education, (2) business and brand protection, and (3) revenue generation.


    As a client, you will have ongoing access to our team when you need it, for no additional fee. Additionally, as a client of the firm, we focus on supporting the growth of your business. If you need additional help on deciding if a legal subscription is right for your business, schedule a call.

  • What is included in my subscription?

    Our subscriptions are focused on proactively supporting your business. Thus, you will get answers to all of your legal questions, a monthly document review, an annual business assessment, and more depending on your subscription level.  Plus, we can always customize a plan to fit the needs of your business.

  • How do I become a client?

    Review the options above and select the subscription that fits your current and future business needs. Then, schedule a strategy session call to ensure our services are the right fit for your business’ needs and gain insight into next steps.

  • What if my business’ needs change during the course of the subscription?

    We understand that things can change rapidly in today’s world.  If the business’ needs increase or decrease, simply contact us and we can discuss modifying your plan. If you decide to cancel, your subscription will end on the last day of the following month.

  • Does the subscription cover every legal issue in my business?

    The short answer, no.


    Our Legal Subscriptions are focused on providing a selection of legal services to protect your assets and grow your business. As a result, there are services that are not included in your subscription. For those services, we offer a discount on our competitive flat fees to all subcription clients or we can reach out to our network of attorneys to help you address that need.

  • How soon will I be able to become a Legal Subscription client?

    Subject to availability, you can join during the start of each month. Once you join and clear a conflicts check, you will have access to all plan benefits within 48 hours. While we would love to add everyone to our client roster, in order to provide our white-glove, high quality service to each client, we limit our new clients each month.

  • What if my business needs additional one-tie services above what’s included in the subscription?

    If your business has additional needs for services not included in the subscription, we can do most work on a flat-fee, project basis.  As a plan member, you will receive 10% off of any additional services. Additional fees will be billed via a separate invoice. At any point during the engagement, you can upgrade your subscription if you would like to permanently increase your included services.

  • How long is the commitment?

    All of our subscriptions are on a month-to-month basis. We are not in the business of locking our clients into a long-term relationship.  We want to develop that relationship by providing exemplary services. Furthermore, you may cancel the subscription at any time and all services will terminate at the end of that calendar month.

  • How often will I have access to my attorney?

    You can schedule a call to speak to your attorney at any time, with at least 48 hours notice. Calls are scheduled according to availability.

  • How does the subscription billing work?

    Each month, we will charge you for your monthly subscription fee using the credit card on file or you can remit payment in advance for the upcoming month. If you are experiencing problems with billing, please email rcozza@cozzalaw.com and a team member will assist you.
